Cinnamon Bark Fruit Smoothie

Who has tried Cinnamon Bark Essential oil? What are your favorite ways to use it?

I just tried #YoungLiving Cinnamon Bark Vitality dietary #EssentialOil in my morning fruit #smoothie! Yum!!! Will definitely be adding a drop of it in my smoothies more often!

Here’s my morning smoothie recipe: 1/4 c chopped pineapple
1 or 2 mandarin oranges
1 apple sliced and chopped
1 tsp-1 tbsp chia or flax seeds (optional)
3 slices frozen peaches
1/4 c ice

Blend in blender until smooth.
Add 1 drop Vitality Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil and pulse for a few seconds.
